How the Kili dashboards work, for everybody who uses one.
How the Kili dashboards work, for everybody who uses one. The pages differ by who you are, because the dashboards do: an Agent and a Creator share a sidebar and almost nothing else.
Start with who you are
Agent
You top up credit, set your own prices and sell from a counter or your own shop.
Reseller
You send guests to Kili with your code and earn commission on what they buy.
Corporate
You buy data for your own staff and guests, and never resell it.
Creator
You share links with an audience and earn on every sale they make.
Kili staff
You run the console: orders, partners, money, the catalogue.
Every page
Getting started
- What Kili is, and what a partner does — The shape of the product, and where you fit in it.
- Signing in — There is no password. What that means, and what to protect instead.
- Finding your way around — The sidebar, the money card, and what the badges mean.
Selling
- Selling at the counter — A guest in front of you, an eSIM on their phone before they walk away.
- Your storefront — A branded page of plans with your name on it, at a link you can hand out.
- Your page — A page of the plans you recommend, in your words, at one link.
- Your code and your links — How a sale gets attributed to you, and how to tell which channel is working.
- Issuing eSIMs in bulk — A group, a delegation or a tour — one list, one go.
Money
- Credit and top-ups — How prepaid credit works, and how to put more in.
- Earnings and withdrawals — What you have earned, when it is yours, and how to get it out.
- Prices and margin — What you pay, what you charge, and who decides.
Your organisation
- Your team — Who can sign in, and what each of them can do.
- The employee portal — Let your staff ask for data instead of asking you.
- Your account settings — Your profile, your company details, and where the money goes.
Running Kili
- The staff console — What each screen is for, and the order a day runs in.
- Approving a partner — What approval creates, and the one decision that matters.
- Moving partner money — Top-ups, withdrawals and commissions, and what happens on approval.
- eSIMs, for when somebody asks — Enough to answer the three questions every customer has.
Still stuck
Tell us the order reference or your partner name and what you expected to happen. That is almost always enough for us to find it: support@usekili.com.
